Annette Monks is the President of Carlton Staffing and Carltech.  She utilizes a practical approach and realistic perspective on how to network. She has shared her techniques on how to make connections for finding a job and growing a business with thousands of people in organizations such as the Women’s Business Alliance and Business Development Programs at the Greater Houston Partnership, Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants, Texas Association of Staffing, JobNet, SHRM, and many other businesses, networking groups and professional associations. She is also a contributing host on the radio show “The Price of Business”. Annette was the TPG guest speaker at last year's TPG Networking Workshop and returns to TPG as the guest speaker at the April Networking Meeting.

The purpose of The Professional Group is to provide women of diverse professions with opportunities for building relationships and networks of personal and business associations through informative monthly presentations, professional development programs, educational and social activities, and philanthropic endeavors.
